以学校教学实习数控机床作为研究对象,采用计算机数字控制技术对现有机床的数码管显示系统进行了技术改进,显示系统采用了LCD显示屏、PC104结构主板和显示卡,键盘采用了消除抖动设计,并开发了符合教学实习的界面显示系统。该改进技术对数控机床在教学实习方面的应用具有积极的指导意义。
