供水系统大口径井管起拔有望一种可切割口径为219mm井管的水压割管器由建设部综合勘察院研制成功,其工作原理是利用调压孔来调整泵压,推进活塞,通过连杆使扁心体在滑道中向下滑动。与此同时,滑道向两侧平移,刀片从刀体管伸出。随着钻具的转动,刀片合金对井管内壁进行切割。当管壁被切透,水从泄压孔排出,泥浆泵压力表指针回零。
Water supply system large-diameter well pipe lifting is expected to be a hydraulic cutting device with a 219 mm diameter well pipe that was successfully developed by the Ministry of Construction General Survey. Its working principle is to use the pressure regulator hole to adjust the pump pressure and push the piston through. The connecting rod slides the flat body downwards in the chute. At the same time, the chute is translated to both sides and the blade protrudes from the body tube. As the drill rotates, the insert alloy cuts the inner wall of the well pipe. When the pipe wall is cut through, the water is drained from the pressure relief hole and the pointer of the mud pump pressure gauge returns to zero.
