在液压系统中,能量损失往往由多种因素综合造成。为了减少系统中的能量损失,提高系统的能量传输效率,系统输出输入能量两者应尽量相适应,负载敏感技术能够较好地达到这一目标。描述了负载敏感系统的工作原理,并运用AMESim软件对该系统的动态性能进行仿真分析,总结出系统性能的影响因素及其影响机理,为液压系统节能设计提供参考依据。
In hydraulic systems, energy loss is often caused by a combination of factors. In order to reduce the energy loss in the system and improve the energy transmission efficiency of the system, both the input and output energy of the system should be adapted as much as possible, and the load-sensing technology can achieve this goal well. Describes the working principle of load-sensing system, and uses AMESim software to simulate the dynamic performance of the system, summarizes the influencing factors of system performance and its influencing mechanism, and provides a reference for energy-saving design of hydraulic system.
