随着人们食品结构的改变,菇类已成为令人向往的保健食品,周年均衡供应多品种鲜菇,对服务城市、富裕农村有着十分重要的意义。我们从市场需要和发展食用菌生产出发,围绕多品种鲜菇的周年生产进行了探索,实现了将蘑菇、平菇、香菇、草菇、猴头菇等菇类不同温度型品种配套生产,现将有关技术分叙如下:
