目的:研究西洋参多糖(PPQ)中均一组分PPQ52的分离、糖组成、相对分子量及生物活性。方法:SephadexDEAEA50和SephadexG100分离,气相色谱法测定糖组成,基底辅助激光解吸/电离质谱测定相对分子量。用小鼠脾淋巴细胞进行淋巴细胞转化实验和白介素2促诱生实验。结果:PPQ52由D阿拉伯糖和D半乳糖以1∶1.1摩尔比组成,含糖醛酸,相对分子量21000D,具有刺激淋巴细胞转化及白介素2促诱生功能。结论:由西洋参中可得到具有免疫刺激活性的含糖醛酸多糖
Objective: To study the separation, saccharide composition, relative molecular weight and biological activity of PPQ5, a homogenous component of American ginseng polysaccharide (PPQ). METHODS: Sephadex DEAEA 50 was separated from Sephadex G100. The saccharide composition was determined by gas chromatography and the relative molecular weight was determined by basal-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry. Using mouse spleen lymphocytes for lymphocyte transformation experiments and interleukin 2 pro-induction experiments. RESULTS: PPQ5-2 was composed of D-arabinose and D-galactose in a ratio of 1:1.1, containing uronic acid, relative molecular mass of 21000D, and had the function of stimulating lymphocyte transformation and interleukin-2 provocation.
