建立了脂质血管生长因子(LAF)的乳化方法,并研究了乳化的脂质血管生长因子对小鼠腺细胞及ConA诱导的IL-2水平的影响。结果显示:MF能明显抑制小鼠脾细胞的增殖且降低IL-2的产生水平,而对照的皮下脂肪抽提物则无此效应。同时发现,乳化过程中加入的Tween-80有一定的细胞毒性。
The emulsification method of lipid vascular growth factor (LAF) was established and the effect of emulsified lipid vascular growth factor on the level of IL-2 induced by mouse gland cells and ConA was studied. The results showed that: MF can significantly inhibit the proliferation of mouse spleen cells and reduce the level of IL-2 production, while the control of subcutaneous fat extract no such effect. Also found that the addition of Tween-80 during the emulsion has a certain degree of cytotoxicity.
