1992~1993年,采用人工土壤接菌方法,用高粱丝黑穗病菌2号和3号小种冬孢子,分别接种15份高粱同核异质品系。结果表明,不同小种对不同品系的致病性不同。大多数同核异质品系间对不同小种的反应无显著差异,但Tx398的同核异质品系间对2号小种的感病程度有差异。不同小种均对同质异核品系间的致病力表现出显著差异。高粱品系对高粱丝黑穗病的抗性主要由细胞核基因决定,与细胞质的关系不大。
From 1992 to 1993, artificial sorghum was used to inoculate 15 sorghum heteronuclear isolates with sorghum head smut fungus No. 2 and No. 3, respectively. The results show that the different races of different strains of different pathogenicity. There was no significant difference in response to different races between most isoforms of the same nuclear species, but there was a difference in the susceptibility of races to race 2 among Tx398 isoforms. Different races showed significant differences in the virulence of homozygous nuclear strains. The sorghum line resistance to sorghum head smut is mainly determined by the nuclear gene, and has little to do with the cytoplasm.
