一、概言据有关资料介绍,现有叶片泵等加速定子曲线磨用凸轮的计算方法有作图法、苏联扎依琴柯法、公法线法和包络理论法等四种,但应用时都存在一个问题,或是不简便,或是精确度差,使人难以选用。为此,我们遵照伟大领袖毛主席在《实践论》和《矛盾论》中所作的教导,在反复实践中分析矛盾,抓住主要矛盾对凸轮计算方法进行了一些探讨,得到了“放大100倍的简易作图法”和“抛物线插值法”两种新的计算方法,这两种方法比现有的四种方法来说,经我们实践证明,其精确度有较明显的提高,工作量也大为减少了,从而达到了实用的要求。现将有关情况及详细作法分述如下;
