目的 钓取人血管抑制素的cDNA。方法 以RT PCR的方法从人胎肝中钓取cDNA片段 ,克隆并部分测序。测得的序列在GenBank及Swissprot中进行分析。结果 发现 2个完整的开放阅读框架 ,其编码的多肽一个与人神经细胞粘附分子高度同源 ,另一个与大鼠过氧化物酶体激活物受体δ同源。已在GenBank登录 ,登录号分别为BankIt32 35 6 9AF2 415 39,BankIt32 42 73AF2 42 5 2 7。结论 发现了分别编码神经细胞粘附分子样蛋白及过氧化物酶体激活物受体δ样蛋白的基因。
Objective To obtain human angiostatin cDNA. Methods The cDNA fragment was extracted from human fetal liver by RT PCR, cloned and partially sequenced. The measured sequences were analyzed in GenBank and Swissprot. As a result, two complete open reading frames were found, one of which encodes a polypeptide that is highly homologous to human neural cell adhesion molecule and the other is homologous to rat peroxisome proliferator receptor δ. Has been registered in GenBank with accession numbers BankIt32 35 6 9AF2 415 39, BankIt 32 42 73AF2 42 5 2 7. CONCLUSIONS: Genes encoding the neural cell adhesion molecule-like proteins and the peroxisome proliferator-receptor delta-like proteins were found, respectively.
