覆冰事故已严重威胁了我国电力系统的安全运行,为预防覆冰对电网正常运行的影响,深入研究了可控线损防覆冰潮流的控制模型。以电网防覆冰为目标,通过灵敏度分析建立了电网线路潮流对于各潮流控制变量的灵敏度模型,并以该模型为基础结合潮流优化模型求取防覆冰潮流控制方案;通过Matlab对IEEE 30节点仿真验证了建立的模型的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明,该模型可在保证系统的安全经济运行的基础上,对易覆冰线路的损耗进行控制,使其稍大于防止导线覆冰所需的最小焦耳热,实现电网防覆冰的目的,这为防覆冰控制策略的制定和实施提供了理论依据和指导,且制定的控制策略可由调度部门直接实施,并可适用于不同电压等级输电系统的防覆冰。
Icing damage has seriously threatened the safe operation of power system in our country. In order to prevent the influence of icing on the normal operation of power grid, the control model of controllable icing loss and icing prevention is analyzed. Taking the anti-icing of power grid as the goal, the sensitivity model of power flow line to the tidal current control variables was established by sensitivity analysis. Based on this model, the control scheme of anti-icing power flow was obtained based on the power flow optimization model. The simulation verifies the feasibility and validity of the established model. The results show that this model can control the loss of easy icing line to ensure the safety and economic operation of the system to be slightly larger than the minimum Joule heat required to prevent icing, , Which provides theoretical basis and guidance for the formulation and implementation of anti-icing control strategy. The control strategy can be directly implemented by the dispatching department and applicable to anti-icing of power transmission systems with different voltage levels.
