近几年,北京,哈尔滨等地有些单位发展了原仅适合烧优质块煤的双层燃烧炉,使用于燃烧次烟煤、褐煤的小型热水采暖锅炉上,取得了较为满意的节煤与消烟效果,受到广泛注意。据了解欧洲国家也正在深入研究此种炉型。为便于推广此项经验,我们根据实践中的体会归纳总结了几个问题,简介于后。一、炉子结构及工作原理图1所示为双层燃烧炉构造。炉内设有上、下两层炉排。上层炉排上的空间为风室9,上下炉排间的空间为保证高温条件的燃烧室3,下层炉排下面为灰坑10。在炉子前墙上设置上炉门4、中炉门5及灰门(有的称下炉门)6。炉膛后墙8之后设置燃尽室11。上层炉排为倾斜放置的水冷式炉排1。最简单的水冷式炉排系由排管构成,其构造见图2。

First, the furnace structure and working principle Figure 1 shows the structure of a two-layer combustion furnace. There are two upper and lower grates in the furnace. The space on the upper grate is the plenum 9, and the space between the upper and lower grate is the combustion chamber 3 that ensures high temperature conditions. The lower grate below is the ash pit 10. The furnace door 4, the furnace door 5, and the gray door (some called the lower furnace door) 6 are provided on the front wall of the furnace. The burnout chamber 11 is set behind the furnace back wall 8 . The upper grate is an inclined water-cooled grate 1 . The simplest water-cooled grate is composed of rows of pipes, the structure of which is shown in Figure 2.
