本文叙述了一个工作于NOVELL网上的多用户的条形码病案流通管理系统。系统采用Foxpro2.5数据库语言编程,暂设两个借还窗口。每个窗口设置一台586/75工作站,工作站带有一只CCD条形码阅读器。系统的软件分成借还管理、查询与催还、病案库管理、读者库管理、统计、系统维护共六个模块。据测度,用条形码阅读器完成一个借还操作只需0.5秒,极大地提高了病案流通的效率。同时,条形码阅读的几乎100%的准确率可以有效地杜绝以往人工登记病案号、姓名等所产生的差错,从而为杜绝病案在流通中的流失奠定了坚实的技术基础。
This article describes a multi-user bar code medical record circulation management system working on NOVELL. The system uses Foxpro2.5 database language programming, tentatively set up two borrowing windows. Each window has a 586/75 station with a CCD bar code reader. The system’s software is divided into six modules: loan management, query and reminder, case management, reader management, statistics, and system maintenance. According to the measure, it takes only 0.5 seconds to complete a borrowing operation with a barcode reader, which greatly improves the efficiency of the circulation of medical records. At the same time, almost 100% accuracy of bar code reading can effectively eliminate the errors caused by the manual registration of patient numbers and names, thus laying a solid technical foundation for preventing the loss of medical records in circulation.
