广西服务外包产业与北京、江苏、上海、广东等服务外包产业发达省份比较而言,相对落后,然而,随着广西省会城市南宁被认定为中国服务外包示范城市、广西成为“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的重要支点和“丝绸之路经济带”的重要参与者,广西服务外包产业的发展后劲很猛,产业人才的培养是产业发展的关键,在产业发展的艰难过程中,产业人才的培养会遇到一些瓶颈也会产生诸多问题,南宁职业技术学院校2015级重点课题《广西服务外包产业人才培养问题与对策》研究广西服务外包产业发展的现状、广西服务外包产业人才培养所出现的问题和遇到的瓶颈,提出相关建议,探讨应对广西服务外包产业人才培养的对策。

The key issue of 2015 in Nanning Polytechnic University is ”Problems and Countermeasures of Talent Cultivation in Guangxi’s Service Outsourcing Industry" to study the status quo of the development of Guangxi’s service outsourcing industry and the talent cultivation in Guangxi’s service outsourcing industry The problems that have arisen and the bottlenecks encountered, put forward relevant suggestions and discuss the countermeasures to deal with the personnel training of service outsourcing industry in Guangxi.
