临床资料:全部患者共147例,均在面部皮屑或皮脂中镜下查到毛囊虫而确诊.男性32例,女性113例;年龄为15～61岁,平均34.3岁,20～40岁者占75.1%.主要表现为红斑、毛囊性丘疹.23例有脓疱性皮损.皮损分布:单纯额部11人,两颊处43人,下额14人,额、颧、颊处16人,两颧、颊及下颏22人;额、两颧、颊、下颏39人.伴睑缘炎7例,全部为女性,4例伴酒渣鼻表现.
Clinical data: A total of 147 patients in all patients were diagnosed as Crohn’s disease by facial dermatitis or sebum, with 32 males and 113 females, aged from 15 to 61 years with an average age of 34.3 years and 20 to 40 years Accounting for 75.1% .The main manifestations of erythema, follicular papules.23 cases of pustular lesions.The lesions distribution: simple forehead 11 people, 43 people on both cheeks, the next amount of 14 people, the amount of zygomatic, buccal 16 Person, two zygomatic, cheek and chin 22 people; forehead, two zygomatic, buccal, chin 39. With blepharitis in 7 cases, all female, 4 cases with rosacea performance.
