通过硫代胆碱法定位华支睾吸虫的胆碱酯酶来展示神经系统的结构,观察了该虫神经系统发育过程。研究表明5天童虫就已初具成虫神经系统的雏形。10天童虫显示与成虫基本相同的神经系统结构。20天童虫及30天性成熟时的虫体其神经系统未见明显发展。至90天时神经系统则更加发达,其脑神经节、神经干、横向神经及各部分的神经分支相当粗壮,神经网络更为致密。
The cholinesterase of Clonorchis sinensis was localized by thiocholine to reveal the structure of the nervous system and the nervous system development of the insect was observed. Studies have shown that 5-day-old squirrels have begun to take shape embryonic nervous system. Ten days old Worm shows almost the same nervous system structure as the adult. No significant development was observed in the nervous systems of 20 day-old worms and their parasites at 30 days of maturation. By 90 days, the nervous system was more developed. The nerve branches of cranial ganglia, nerve trunk, transverse nerve and various parts of the brain were quite thick, and the neural network was more dense.
