随着煤矿开采深度的加大,深部巷道围岩控制技术现已成为深井安全高效生产的关键,这是深井煤矿亟待解决的问题。针对95206材料道深部沿空掘巷段,根据其围岩稳定性影响因素及深部沿空掘巷围岩控制原理,提出了高强锚网索耦合支护方案。现场试验表明,高强耦合支护体系能有效控制深部巷道围岩的稳定性,具有良好的技术经济效益。
With the deepening of coal mining, the surrounding rock control technology in deep tunnels has now become the key to safe and efficient production of deep wells. This is an urgent problem to be solved in deep coal mines. According to the influence of the surrounding rock stability and the surrounding rock control principle of deep gob-side entry driving in the deep heading gob of 95206 material roadway, the coupling support scheme of high strength anchor net is put forward. Field tests show that the high strength coupled support system can effectively control the stability of surrounding rock in deep roadway and has good technical and economic benefits.
