十月革命及社会主义政权建立后,罗莎·卢森堡与列宁围绕着十月革命应不应爆发、要不要无产阶级专政以及如何认识苏维埃社会主义政权的问题发表了各自的看法,既有共识,也有分歧,但共识是主流,分歧是细节;无论是那种恶意制造列宁和卢森堡的思想对立,还是借助于卢森堡批判和全盘否定列宁的言行都是站不住脚的。而站在历史的视角对卢森堡和列宁在十月革命问题上的思想对话进行客观的梳理和全面考察具有重要意义。
