悬索桥异型主塔悬臂模板施工技术分析

本文介绍了悬索桥主塔悬臂模板设计方案,分析了主塔外轮廓截面绘制方法,从测量仪器选择、测量系统建立、测量方法等方面,分析了主塔测量控制措施。分析结果表明,液压自爬模方案虽然具有结构简单、安装容易、操作方便、安全程度高、施工速度快等特点,但因液压自爬模轨道无法在变化的圆弧面上设置而不适应于本工程异型主塔施工;悬臂模板是通过塔吊提升的外挂架模板,其模板与挂架同时提升、施工速度快、操作简单、方便安全,是理想的高墩模板体系,适用于本工程。 This paper introduces the design scheme of suspension tower of main tower of suspension bridge, analyzes the drawing method of outer section of main tower, and analyzes the measurement control measures of main tower from the aspects of measurement instrument selection, measurement system establishment and measurement method. The results show that the hydraulic self-climbing model has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation, easy operation, high safety and fast construction speed. However, the hydraulic self-climbing mode can not adapt to the changing arc surface The special-shaped pylon construction of the project; the cantilever template is a pylon template which is hoisted by the tower crane, and the template and the pylon are simultaneously raised; the construction speed is quick; the operation is simple and the safety is convenient; and the template is suitable for the project.
