对比几种酯化反应催化剂,包括浓硫酸,R-SO3-H型氢离子阳树脂,咪唑基质子型离子液体,在实验装置进行连续酯化试验,研究了醋酸和甲醇的酯化反应,探索影响催化酯化活性的工艺条件,物料配比、反应时间、反应温度等操作条件的影响;酯化产率、催化剂重复使用寿命及再生能力。结果表明,与其它催化剂相比,离子液体四氟硼酸l-甲基-3-丁基咪唑([BMIm]BF4/AlCl3)催化体系具有更好的催化活性,可获得较高的酯化率与选择性,并且产物和离子液体催化体系不溶而分层,便于分离,离子液体可以稳定地循环使用5次以上。
Several kinds of esterification catalysts were compared, including concentrated sulfuric acid, R-SO3-H hydrogen cation resin and imidazolyl proton ionic liquid. The esterification reaction of acetic acid and methanol was studied in the experiment. Affect the catalytic esterification activity process conditions, material ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature and other operating conditions; esterification yield, catalyst life and regeneration capacity. The results showed that compared with other catalysts, the ionic liquid l-methyl-3-butylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([BMIm] BF4 / AlCl3) has better catalytic activity and higher esterification rate Selectivity, and the product and the ionic liquid catalytic system layered and insoluble, easy to separate ionic liquid can be more than 5 times the cycle of stable use.
