目的:研究白僵菌对大黄酸葡萄糖甲基化的转化作用。方法:在白僵菌培养液中加入大黄酸底物,利用生长细胞对其进行生物转化。发酵液离心后用乙酸乙酯萃取,乙酸乙酯萃取部位通过各种色谱方法分离得到一个新化合物。运用氢谱碳谱以及二维核磁共振光谱鉴定结构。结果:转化产物为大黄酸糖基化衍生物,结构鉴定为7-O-(4′-甲氧基-β-D-葡萄糖)。结论:芦荟大黄素(1)是一个新化合物。
Objective: To study the transformation of glucose methylation of rhein by Beauveria bassiana. Methods: Rhein acid substrate was added to the culture solution of Beauveria bassiana, and the cells were used for biotransformation using growing cells. The fermentation broth was centrifuged and extracted with ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate extract was separated by various chromatographic methods to obtain a new compound. The structure was identified using hydrogen spectrum and 2D NMR spectroscopy. Results: The transformation product was a glycosylated derivative of rhein and the structure was identified as 7-O-(4’-methoxy-[beta]-D-glucose). Conclusion: Aloe-emodin (1) is a new compound.
