目的观察丹蛭降压方对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)左心室肥厚的影响。方法将50只10周龄SHR随机分为SHR空白组和西拉普利组及丹蛭降压方大、中、小剂量组,空白组不给药,各药物组予相应药物灌胃,同时以年龄和性别相匹配的正常大鼠作为正常对照组;14周后检测血压、心率、体重、左心室重量指数等心室肥厚形态学指标。结果10周龄SHR血压已有继续升高趋势,其体重低于正常大鼠;24周龄SHR心率与正常大鼠相近,而左心室重量指数显著增高,同时发现24周龄SHR的右心室与左心室有同比例肥大。丹蛭降压方可在一定程度上阻止血压的继续升高,降低心脏指数;对体重和心率无影响。结论丹蛭降压方可有效改善高血压左心室肥厚。
Objective To observe the effect of Danzhi Jiangya Decoction on left ventricular hypertrophy in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods Fifty 10-week-old SHR were randomly divided into SHR blank group and Cilazapril group and Danshao decoction group large-, medium-, and low-dose groups. The blank group was not administered, and each drug group was given to the corresponding drugs by gavage. Normal and age-matched normal rats served as the normal control group; 14 weeks later, morphological indexes such as blood pressure, heart rate, body weight, and left ventricular mass index were measured. Results The blood pressure of 10-week-old SHR had been continuously increased, and its body weight was lower than that of normal rats. The 24-hour-old SHR heart rate was similar to that of normal rats, and the left ventricular mass index was significantly increased. At the same time, the right ventricle of 24-hour-old SHR was found. The left ventricle has the same proportion of hypertrophy. Danzhi antihypertensive can prevent blood pressure from rising to a certain extent and reduce the heart index; it has no effect on body weight and heart rate. Conclusion Danzhi Decoction can effectively improve left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension.
