保险是市场经济条件下风险管理的基本手段,具有经济补偿、资金融通和社会管理三大基本功能。加快保险业改革发展,充分发挥保险自身特有的功能作用,为构建社会主义和谐社会服务,将是当前和今后一个时期保险业贯彻落实十七大精神的一项重要任务。为此,本刊组织了“贯彻十七大精神,加快保险业改革发展”专题笔谈。现将相关研究成果择要刊发。
