目的通过对唐草片10年来的质量研究,药理、药效等基础研究,中西药合用的临床研究综合整理和分析,明确唐草片的作用特点和临床使用方法。从质量控制、基础、临床等多方面进行研究,在国内23个省55个市县进行临床应用,出口非洲、东南亚等8个国家。唐草片质量稳定,既可单独使用,也可与高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)药物合用;可改善症状,促进免疫重建;减轻HAART不良反应,并提高其疗效。
ObjectiveThrough the research on the quality research, pharmacology, pharmacodynamics and other basic research of Tangcao for 10 years, the clinical research of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine was comprehensively arranged and analyzed, and the characteristics and clinical application of Tangcao tablet were clarified. From the quality control, basic, clinical and other aspects of research, clinical application in 55 cities and counties in 23 provinces, exported to Africa, Southeast Asia and other eight countries. Tang grass tablet quality and stability, either alone or in combination with highly effective antiretroviral therapy (HAART) drugs; can improve symptoms and promote immune reconstitution; reduce HAART adverse reactions and improve its efficacy.
