妊娠期羊水中含高浓度泌乳素(PRL),已知羊水 PRL 来自子宫蜕膜并经胎膜进入妊娠囊。在妊娠中期,羊水 PRL 达高峰,此后稳步下降至足月妊娠。作者报道了26例中期(14~23周)及75例晚期(29~40周)妊娠的羊水 PRL 的放射免疫测定(RIA)及生物学测定(BA)结果。羊水由羊膜穿刺或选择性剖宫产切开子宫前获取。101例羊水标本均取自正常单胎妊娠妇女。取到羊水后立即低温离心,上清液保存于-20℃冰箱待测。RIA 采用常规方法,BA 为 Nb_2大鼠淋巴瘤法。相对生物学活性
