銅矿沸騰层部分氧化焙烧在技术上和操作上均存在不少困难。国外也缺乏这方面的成功經驗,最近国內在苏联专家的指导下,經多次的探索和研究,終于試驗成功。下面介紹一下其試驗过程及其結果: 下面簡单介紹一下銅矿半氧化焙烧的試驗过程及結果。試驗是在第三銅矿冶炼厂的工业性沸騰层焙烧試驗爐进行的,爐子为长方形,爐瞠面积为2.7平方米(2.7M×1.0M)。沸騰层高80厘米,沸腾层上部高度5.2米,沸騰层上部截面积为3.6米~2。沸騰层周围有同样大小的冷却水套五块,总冷却面积为1.77米~2,为了調节沸騰层溫度,还插入噴水管一根。关于爐子的結构,风帽的型式、收尘系統的装置、以及开停爐操作、故障处理等等,基本上与鋅矿
Partial oxidation roasting of boiling layer of copper ore has many difficulties both technically and operationally. Abroad also lacks successful experience in this field.
