以就业为导向的中职教育因教育目标的不同导致中职教学“重专业实操,轻基础英语”的现象严重,英语教学在中高职“三二分段”的衔接问题与困难不少。笔者基于自身中职学校开展中高职“三二分段”衔接模式中在英语教学上发现的实际问题与经验,试图从打造衔接英语教学的师资队伍,寻求自身特点的教育模式,采取贯通式的教学评价方式把控教学质量来解决中高职英语教学的衔接培养人才的问题。
