“网络信息焦虑”作为大学生与网络接触产生的负面情绪,正在学生群体中蔓延,影响着当代大学生的学习和生活,逐渐呈现出矛盾化、冲突性、干扰性和障碍化的新特征。网络信息焦虑的形成有着特定的信息技术、个体主客观因素、主体行为方式和社会环境等原因,我们要从构建健康的网络生态环境、引导合理利用网络信息、促进大学生心理自我调适等方面入手采取相应的措施积极应对。
