采用冷凝法治疗视网膜脱离的优点已为许多眼科医生所采用。1984年以来,我们使用南京大学物理系研制的NJQ—Y 型眼用浸冷式冷刀,用液氧作冷源治疗视网膜脱离26例,疗效满意,现报告如下。临床资料26例26眼中男15例,女11例;右眼18例,左眼8例;年龄最小13岁,最大60岁,平均39岁;高度近视12例占46.2%,中度近视6例占23.1%,轻度近视1例占3.8%,正视7例占26.9%。外伤引起2例,马凡氏综合症合并网膜脱离1例。病程:半月以内12例,半月～1月5例,1月～3月5例,3月～半年3例,半年以上1例。
The advantages of using condensation to treat retinal detachment have been adopted by many ophthalmologists. Since 1984, we use the NJQ-Y ophthalmic submerged cold knife developed by Department of Physics, Nanjing University, with liquid oxygen for the treatment of retinal detachment in 26 cases, the results are satisfactory, are as follows. Clinical data 26 cases 26 eyes of 15 males and 11 females; right eye in 18 cases, left eye in 8 cases; the youngest 13 years old, maximum 60 years old, mean 39 years; 12 cases of high myopia accounted for 46.2%, 6 cases of moderate myopia Accounting for 23.1%, 1 case of mild myopia accounted for 3.8%, 7 cases accounted for 26.9%. Trauma caused 2 cases, Marfan syndrome with retinal detachment in 1 case. Course of disease: 12 cases within half a month, half months to January in 5 cases, January to March in 5 cases, 3 months to 6 months in 3 cases, more than half a year.
