通过理论分析和双轴向断裂试验,研究了我国压力容器常用钢16MnR所制成的含中心穿透Ⅰ-Ⅱ复合型裂纹十字形板试样的断裂性能,探讨了英国中央电力局(CEGB)R6法和美国电力研究所(EPRI)工程估算方法在双轴载荷下Ⅰ-Ⅱ复合型裂纹构件的失效评定图,作出了经双向载荷和裂纹倾角修正含缺陷结构安全裕度的失效评定图,提出了一种双轴载荷下Ⅰ-Ⅱ复合型裂纹构件完整性评定方法。
Through theoretical analysis and biaxial fracture test, the fracture performance of the central permeable I-II composite crack cruciform plate specimen made of 16MnR steel for pressure vessels in China was studied. The Central Electric Power Bureau (CEGB) was also discussed. The R6 method and the EPRI engineering estimation method used the failure assessment diagram of the I-II composite crack component under biaxial loading, and made a failure assessment diagram of the safety margin of the defect-containing structure through bidirectional loading and crack inclination correction. A method for evaluating the integrity of I-II composite crack components under biaxial loading was proposed.
