面对２１世纪的挑战，本文提出了信息教育改革的若干建议。指出，更新教育思想，从全球信息教育改革和系统工程的角度规划专业核心课，以培养能力、提高素质作为培养目标，以打好基础、加强实践作为基本策略，以最大限度地开发学生的潜能作为推动系统运行的机理，有可能优化地实现系统目标。研究提高人才培养质量的客观教育规律，总结出适合我国ＩＥ的改革方案，是中国图书信息工作者对世界图书馆信息事业应作出的贡献
Faced with the challenges of the 21st century, this paper presents a number of suggestions for the reform of information education. It points out that we should update our thinking on education, plan professional core courses from the perspective of global information education reform and system engineering, cultivate ability and improve quality as a training goal, lay a solid foundation and practice as a basic strategy to maximize the potential of students As a mechanism to promote the operation of the system, it is possible to achieve the system goal optimally. To study objective laws of education to improve the quality of personnel training and to conclude a reform plan that is suitable for China’s IE is a contribution made by Chinese book informants to the information industry in the world’s libraries
