目的 :研究日达仙体外诱导 PBMNC中 T淋巴细胞及其亚群和 NK细胞水平以及免疫相关细胞因子的作用。方法 :应用流式细胞仪检测 PBMNC中 T淋巴细胞及其亚群和 NK细胞水平 ;EL ASA酶联免疫法分析细胞因子 (IFNγ、TNFα、IL- 2、IL- 6、IL- 8、IL- 12和 IL- 18)的水平。结果 :PBMNC在不同的培养条件下 ,各组间 T淋巴细胞及其亚群和 NK细胞水平无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。日达仙组培养上清中 IL- 2、IL- 8和 IFNγ水平高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。日达仙加 PHA组的 IL- 2、IL- 12水平高于 PHA组 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;加 SMMC组的 IL- 2、IL- 12和TNFα水平亦高于 SMMC- 772 1组 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :日达仙能显著地促进 PBMNC合成与分泌多种免疫相关细胞分子。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Zadaxin inducing T lymphocytes, their subpopulations and NK cells in PBMNC and immune-related cytokines in vitro. Methods: The levels of T lymphocytes, their subpopulation and NK cells in PBMNC were detected by flow cytometry. The levels of cytokine (IFNγ, TNFα, IL-2, IL-6, IL- 12 and IL-18) levels. Results: There was no significant difference in the levels of T lymphocytes, NK cells and NK cells between PBMNCs under different culture conditions (P> 0.05). The levels of IL-2, IL-8 and IFNγ in the culture supernatant of Zadaxian group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of IL-2 and IL-12 in PHA group were higher than those in PHA group (P <0.05), and the levels of IL-2, IL-12 and TNFα in SMMC group were also higher than those in PHMC group SMMC-772 1 group, the difference was significant (P <0. 05). Conclusion: Zadaxin can significantly promote PBMNC synthesis and secretion of a variety of immune-related cell molecules.
