以包埋率为优化指标,采用响应面试验优化叶下珠酚酸浓度、壳聚糖浓度和氢氧化钠浓度对叶下珠酚酸微胶囊的制备参数。结果表明:叶下珠酚酸浓度、壳聚糖浓度和氢氧化钠浓度对包埋率影响显著,影响大小顺序为叶下珠酚酸浓度>氢氧化钠浓度>壳聚糖浓度;三因素之间的交互作用都对包埋率影响显著;最佳制备参数为:叶下珠酚酸浓度0.96 mg/mL、壳聚糖浓度7.72 mg/mL、氢氧化钠浓度0.13 mol/L,此条件下提取率为78.98%,与预测值无显著性差异。
Taking the embedding rate as the optimization index, the response parameters were optimized by response surface methodology. The preparation parameters of hypophthalinoid microcapsules were optimized by using the concentrations of hypophthalmic acid, chitosan and sodium hydroxide. The results showed that the concentrations of hypocrellin, chitosan and sodium hydroxide had significant effects on the embedding rate, and the order of the effects was hypocrellinolic acid concentration> sodium hydroxide concentration> chitosan concentration.
