漳村煤矿为高瓦斯矿井,由于煤层的低透气性导致瓦斯抽采率偏低,造成回采安全隐患,因此在该矿采用深孔控制预裂爆破技术对煤层卸压增透。提出了漳村煤矿2306工作面井下煤层深孔预裂爆破增透工艺,并在现场选取控制孔与爆破孔不同钻孔间距进行爆破试验,研究发现预裂爆破在2306工作面能够起到有效增透作用,瓦斯浓度比未爆破位置煤层最大能提高3倍,抽采纯量最大提高4倍,瓦斯抽采量显著增大,当控制孔与爆破孔间距4 m时瓦斯抽采量最大且衰减最慢,抽采效果最好,因此4 m是漳村矿2306工作面的松动爆破半径。
