保用口服硫酸锌冶疗慢性皮肤溃疡和痤疮最近引起了重视。本文报告一例使用该药后引起的胃肠道出血,强调这种冶疗可能产生严重付作用。病例报告:15岁的女学生(体重68公斤),无消化不良史。因痤疮,入院前一周开始服用硫酸锌胶囊冶疗,200毫克,每天二次。患者未接受其它药物。每次服药后,感上腹部不舒。入院前一天,从椅子上起立后发生晕厥。随后有黑便二次。
The use of oral zinc sulfate to treat chronic skin ulcers and acne has drawn much attention recently. This article reports a case of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by the use of this medicine, stressing that such treatment may have serious side effects. Case Report: 15-year-old female student (weight 68 kg), no history of indigestion. Because of acne, a week before admission admission to take zinc sulfate capsules, 200 mg twice daily. The patient did not receive any other medication. After each medication, feel the abdomen uncomfortable. The day before admission, syncope occurred after standing up from the chair. Then black then two times.
