1 The possibility of intervention of patients and the utilization of resources gap Doctors have different attitudes to the medical economy. Some people think that clinicians should not consider medical costs and should recommend the best and most effective treatment for each patient regardless of price because the doctor is “the patron saint of the patient.” On the contrary, some doctors are concerned about medical costs, not only for one patient, but for all patients as a whole to give the best treatment with limited resources. Both views involve ethical considerations. The former has a clear overall position to supply the patient’s needs. This attitude is a one-time agreement that limits the question
