单一的有机物不能有效地替代煤粉,宜将烃类和含氧氮衍生物配合,并注意碳架的环链比例,兼顾结焦、析出光亮碳和发气量等性能。把代用的有机物、助熔剂、膨润土增效剂和适量水先辗研成均匀浆料,再烘干和磨细,制成复合碳土,其加入量可比煤粉砂膨润土减少50%~60%。使型砂的含水率、透气性、热湿拉强度、湿拉强度,以及旧砂含泥量等均有改善。
A single organic substance can not effectively replace coal powder. It is preferable that the hydrocarbon and the oxygen-nitrogen-containing derivative be matched and the ratio of the chain of the carbon skeleton should be taken into account. The coke, the bright carbon and the amount of gas evolved should be considered. The substitute organics, flux, bentonite synergist and proper amount of water are grinded into uniform slurry, and then dried and ground to make composite carbonaceous soil, which can be added in an amount of 50% -60% less than that of coal-sand bentonite. The sand moisture content, permeability, hot wet tensile strength, wet tensile strength, as well as the content of sand and so on have been improved.
