为了研究中药复方“促孕散”中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺及其促孕活性,试验采用超声波提取技术,以淫羊藿苷含量为评价指标,通过正交试验确定“促孕散”中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并测定“促孕散”总黄酮提取物对21日龄雌性小鼠子宫增重、卵巢卵泡发育的影响。结果表明:以60%乙醇为溶剂,料液比1∶12,超声波提取2次,每次25 min为最佳提取工艺;“促孕散”总黄酮提取物对小鼠子宫增重、卵巢卵泡发育的影响极显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01)。说明“促孕散”总黄酮提取物具有较强的促孕活性。
