旅游行业的发展对人力资源的质量和结构提出了更高的要求,旅游管理女大学生作为旅游行业人才尤其是高素质人才的主力军,近年来却出现了诸如“供需错位”、复合型高层次人才急缺、一线员工素质偏低等尴尬局面,这使得旅游管理女大学生的就业能力日益重要,本文结合教学实践、旅游行业需求和旅游管理女大学生的自身特点,通过对包括高校教师、旅游企业工作人员、旅游管理专业女大学生进行调查,得出旅游管理女大学生就业能力的构成要素。通过本研究,以求对旅游管理女大学生就业能力的培养提供努力的方向和思路。
