本文采用小鼠跳台法、避暗试验、Y型迷宫试验、日式迷宫试验等方法,研究鳗鱼油胶囊对樟柳碱致小鼠记忆障碍动物模型学习、记忆等能力的影响。结果表明,鳗鱼油低、中和高剂量组(分别给含精制鱼油0.234,0.7O2,2.106g/kg·d)ig×30d后,能对樟柳碱造成脑记忆获得性障碍起促智作用,即对小鼠的学习、记忆的获得、巩固和再现均具明显的增强作用。
In this paper, the effects of squid oil capsules on the ability of learning and memory in mouse models of memory impairment caused by anisodine were studied by using the methods of mouse jumping, darkness avoidance, Y-maze test and Japanese-style maze test. The results showed that the low, medium, and high doses of salmon oil (0.234, 0.7O2, 2.106g/kg·d, respectively) for ig × 30d could have a nootropic effect on brain memory-induced impairment of anisodine. , which is a significant enhancement of learning, memory and reproduction of mice.
