电网建设中,变电所是最为基础的网络节点,其担负着纽带任务,因此其基建的质量将直接影响其运营中的可靠性、稳定性。本文就针对其基建质量管理问题进行分析,说明宏观进度控制机制和质量机制与标准可以帮助质量管理落实,而细节控制则可以直接保证建设质量。
In the construction of power grid, the substation is the most basic network node, which is responsible for the link task, so the quality of its infrastructure will directly affect the reliability and stability of its operation. This article analyzes the problems of its infrastructure quality management. It shows that the macro-progress control mechanism and quality mechanism and standards can help the implementation of quality management, while the detail control can directly guarantee the quality of construction.
