采用微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子体—原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了中药材银杏叶中Cu、Fe、Mn、Co、Zn、Cr、Mg、Ga、Ca等微量元素的含量。在最佳仪器工作条件下,各元素的加标回收率在87%~105%,相对标准偏差RSD<4.09%,分析结果对中药材中的微量元素与心血管疾病关系的研究具有一定的实际意义。
The contents of trace elements Cu, Fe, Mn, Co, Zn, Cr, Mg, Ga and Ca in Ginkgo biloba leaves were determined by microwave digestion and ICP-AES. Under the best instrument working conditions, the spiked recoveries of all the elements ranged from 87% to 105% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 4.09%. The results of the analysis showed that the study on the relationship between trace elements and cardiovascular diseases in Chinese herbal medicines significance.
