从一九五○年八月陕西省第一届第一次各界人民代表会议后,两年多来,经过剿匪、反霸、减租、土改、抗美援朝、镇压反革命、「三反」、「五反」、经济、文化建设等一系列的工作,一方面对反革命实行专政,深入镇反;一方面对人民贯彻民主,扩大民主,使革命与反革命界限更加明确,人民阶级觉悟更加提高,人民民主阵营更加巩固与扩大。从而安定了社会秩序,稳定了金融物价,树立了廉洁朴素的思想作风,为大规模经济建设创造了有利条件。我仅就过去工作和今后任务分两部分向大会报告。
