电磁控制旁通阀是时间控制式电控柴油喷射系统的重要组件,它的实用性开发是电控柴油喷射系统实用化所必须解决的关键技术问题。该文在系统地研究电磁控制旁通阀工作特性的基础上,研制出了一种高低压平衡式旁通阀。该阀与高速强力电磁铁及其驱动电路相配合,解决了电磁控制阀的动态响应特性、工作稳定性、动态密封及快速泄流等方面的问题,其工作性能能满足电控柴油喷射系统喷射控制的要求。采用该电磁控制阀的YC6108电控柴油机样机实现了正常运转。
The solenoid-controlled bypass valve is an important component of the time-controlled electronically controlled diesel injection system. Its practical development is a key technical issue that must be solved in practical application of the electronically controlled diesel injection system. On the basis of systematically studying the working characteristics of solenoid-controlled bypass valve, a kind of high and low pressure balanced bypass valve was developed. The valve cooperates with high-speed powerful electromagnet and its driving circuit to solve the problems of dynamic response characteristics, working stability, dynamic sealing and rapid discharge of the electromagnetic control valve. Its working performance can meet the requirements of electronically controlled diesel injection system Control requirements. The electromagnetic control valve YC6108 electronically controlled diesel prototype to achieve normal operation.
