目的调查分析海南省藻类制品中42种元素的含量。方法定点采集了海南省常见食用藻类制品,按GB5009.268-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中多元素的测定》电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析测定。结果 4类76份干燥藻类制品中(有害元素均需列出)铅、镉、铝和铬含量检出范围分别为未检出-8.17mg/kg,0.0259-4.89mg/kg,37.8-914mg/kg,未检出-1.49mg/kg(列出范围值)均值分别为0.941mg/kg、1.03mg/kg、368mg/kg、0.389mg/kg,超标率分别为31.6%、30.9%、84.2%和34.2%。结论海南省市售的藻类制品中铅、镉、铝、铬超标率较高,有关部门应加强对藻类制品的生产销售全过程进行监督监测,以保证食品安全。
Objective To investigate and analyze the content of 42 elements in algae products of Hainan Province. Methods The common edible algae products collected in Hainan Province were collected by fixed point method and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry according to GB5009.268-2016 “Determination of multi-elements in food safety standard foodstuffs”. Results The detection ranges of lead, cadmium, aluminum and chromium in 76 kinds of dried algae products of 4 categories were listed as -8.17mg / kg, 0.0259-4.89mg / kg, 37.8-914mg / kg, kg and no detection value of -1.49mg / kg (the range values listed) were 0.941mg / kg, 1.03mg / kg, 368mg / kg and 0.389mg / kg respectively. The overrun rates were 31.6%, 30.9% and 84.2% And 34.2%. Conclusion The over-standard rates of lead, cadmium, aluminum and chromium in algae products marketed in Hainan Province are relatively high. The relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and monitoring of the whole process of production and sales of algae products in order to ensure the food safety.
