在成年女性尿沉渣里所能见到的大部分扁平上皮细胞,都来自于生殖器官.笔者就成年女性性周期时尿沉渣将会发生哪些变化进行了探讨,并报道如下.方法:六名21～29岁的健康女性,在一年半(3例)和半年(3例)的时间里,取每周二、五早晨第一次尿标本,观察比重、化学成分、扁平上皮细胞、白细胞数及细菌的变化过程.为了解阴道内容物的混入程度,把标本分成前段及中段尿两个部分比较尿中成分.
Most of the flat epithelial cells that can be seen in the urinary sediment of adult women come from the reproductive organs.The author discusses the changes of urinary sediment in adult female sexual cycle and reports the following.Methods: Healthy women aged from 29 to 29 years old, taking the first urine samples every two or five mornings every week for one and a half years (three cases) and six months (three cases), observing the proportion, chemical composition, flat epithelial cells, white blood cells and Bacterial changes in the process.
