新时期电力企业离退休职工的管理服务工作面临着一些新问题,如离退休队伍不断扩大,思想出现复杂化的特点等等,面对这些新问题如果管理服务工作仍然局限于原有的模式和水平上,很难满足离退休人员的物质和精神方面的发展需要。本文根据当前电力企业离退休职工管理服务工作的现状,结合已有的研究资料详细论述了在离退休职工管理服务工作中应该注意的一些细节性问题,通过研究以期能够切实提高离退休职工的管理服务水平,为他们提供一个良好的老年生活环境。
