一、前言目前长油缸临界压力的计算,还沿用短油缸临界压力的近似计算公式,即直杆临界压力计算公式,其结果是油缸承载能力没有充分发挥,自重大,影响机械的性能。比较典型的如液压汽车式起重机的动臂伸缩油缸和前置式变幅油缸,其自重量的减轻不仅能降低整机的重量,更能提高起重机的起重能力。因此,有必要对长油缸临界压力的计算提出比较符合实际的计算方法和公式。

INTRODUCTION The calculation of the critical pressure of a long cylinder now uses the approximate formula for the critical pressure of a short cylinder, which is the formula for calculating the critical pressure of the straight rod. The result is that the bearing capacity of the cylinder is not fully exerted, and it is of great importance, which affects the performance of the machinery. Typical hydraulic boom telescopic cylinders and front-mounted variable amplitude cylinders, such as hydraulic truck cranes, can reduce the weight of the crane and increase the lifting capacity of the crane. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward a more realistic calculation method and formula for the calculation of the critical pressure of the long cylinder.
