1. 钢包炉法发展的历史于1971年4月设置的大同制钢公司的第一座钢包炉(LF)是20 t的钢包,带有4500KVA变压器,三个直径为10in(254mm)电极的氩气搅拌装置和真空抽气设备.在1973年7月建设了容量也是20t的第二座钢包炉,专用以精炼不锈钢,是将在电弧炉中脱过碳的不锈钢液与氧化渣一起移入钢包以进行搅拌.当铬被还原后即倾侧钢包除去炉渣,然后加入新的造渣剂以最终精炼.这种操作不需要真空抽气系统,而我们的目的在于降低原材料价格和提高电弧炉生产率.
