铁道部科学研究院机辆所自1998年年底“6吨单转向架磁浮试验车”通过铁道部组织的鉴定以来,又有“制动及悬挂系统氟塑铜质自润滑衬套”、“电气化铁道分区所微机线路保护装置”、“1000kW GTO牵引变流器”先后通过了铁道部组织的鉴定。 “6吨单转向架磁浮车”是“八五”国家科技攻关项目,经过铁道部科学研究院机辆所多年的试验研究,完成了36ml:1磁浮试验线路,实现了整车稳定悬浮和载人推进试验。对低速常导磁浮车技术有了更深刻的理解和掌握,尽管我国铁路目前还不适合发展磁浮列车,但这项成果对跟踪和掌握国际先进技术达到了目的。作为其关键技术之一的IGBT车载逆变器的中间成果已用于3吨试验调车的动力传动装置并利用其技术储备已开发研制出用于600V客车空调供电的辅助电源系统。“6吨单转向架磁浮试验车”填补了国内空白,达到了国内领先水平。 “制动及悬挂系统氟塑铜质自润滑衬套”是机辆所和协作单位共同研制的成果,主要解决车辆制动及悬挂系统部件中衬套和
