视盘的形态学检查对青光眼的早期诊断有重要价值。北医一院对我国正常人视乳头杯盘比值状况作过深入研究,为青光眼的早期诊断提供了重要依据。但如何根据青光眼杯的大小来判断青光眼性视神经损害的严重程度,尚缺少一个比较科学的数量指标和简易的计算方法。本文提出以“视杯指数”作为青光眼性视神经形态损害的数量指标。
Disc morphological examination of glaucoma early diagnosis has important value. North Medical Hospital of our normal optician cup ratio conditions for in-depth study for the early diagnosis of glaucoma provided an important basis. However, according to the size of the glaucoma cup to determine the severity of glaucomatous optic nerve damage, is still a lack of a more scientific quantitative indicators and simple calculation methods. This paper presents the “optic cup index” as a quantitative indicator of glaucomatous optic nerve damage.
